It teaches VICTORY in difficult circumstances as Jerry, the wrong kidnap victim, shows faith and courage by applying Scripture teachings he has learned since becoming a Christian.  Because he has shared his faith with his friend, Steve, the intended victim in the kidnapping, both boys learn VICTORY IN JESUS through this trying experience in their lives.
