We ship via U.S.P.S First Class (2-5 days) and Media Mail (2-9 days) unless otherwise requested. You will receive a PayPal tracking number by email once your item has shipped.

Please call 850-623-4015 or add a note to your order if you require special mailing or if you would like to insure your package.

Orders for SPECIAL mailing requests such as Priority, Express, Overnight, Foreign will be charged actual cost. Payment must be in U.S. currency.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and return the item(s) within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged or defective goods will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
