Customer Service

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days) and Media Mail (5-9 days) unless otherwise requested. You should see a tracking number in your email when your order ships!

We use secure Shopify Credit Card processing for ALL credit card orders. If you provide a credit card over the phone, it will still be entered into the online Shopify system. Personal and business checks by USPS mail are accepted if you do not wish to enter your credit card online. Please email if you are unsure about your order. 

Please email us or add a note to your order at checkout if you require special mailing or if you would like to insure your package! You will receive an invoice by email for the difference.

Orders ship Monday through Friday and we follow Postal Holiday closures.

Please email us or add a note to your order at checkout if you require Priority Mail or to insure your package. You will receive an invoice by email for the difference unless otherwise noted.

*Orders for SPECIAL mailing requests such as Priority, Express, Overnight will be charged actual cost. Payment must be in U.S. currency.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and return the item(s) within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged or defective goods will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do our best to package your order with care. Please call us or leave a note at checkout to have your package insured if you have any delivery concerns.
