**Bookstores send orders by email to receive the bookstore discount.**

We use secure Shopify Credit Card processing for ALL credit card orders. If you provide a credit card over the phone, it will still be entered into the online Shopify system. Personal and business checks by USPS mail are accepted if you do not wish to enter your credit card online.
